Initial Client Consultation:
The first meeting is a collaborative client and designer interview. A questionnaire is sent prior to our first meeting where the designer gathers pertinent information about your project. During our first meeting, we dig deeper thorough interview process, assuring that all your needs and desire are fully explored. We dive in and dig deep to learn more about you – your desired design direction, expectations, time frame, project budget – mutually discovering if your project is the right fit for each of us. This Initial Client Consultation can last up to two hours and is considered a working appointment, where we supply you with valuable information, provide you clarity and a good direction of where you want to go with your project and how we’re going to move forward.
Site Measure and Planning Day:
Once we agree to continue to work together with a signed Letter of Agreement and Retainer from you are required to hit the ground running. An appointment for measuring and photographing your existing space is scheduled
After all pertinent information is gathered everything is input into the computer for technical drawings and I start my creative juices flowing to design the space of your dreams. Once completed a follow-up appointment to review everything is made.
Now for the first reveal. Typically, the first design plan hits all your needs on the head and only minor changes are required. Options for products within your budget are presented in order to fine-tune the final selections. Then, it’s back to the office for any revisions necessary.
Purchasing and Product Management:
Once everything is finalized and signed off for your approval the order processing takes place. Just sit back and relax knowing Solara Designs is behind the scene busy at work ordering, inspecting and scheduling all the product purchased with us.

Solara Designs collaborates with the various contractors, fabricators or tradespersons to manage the details during the construction and installation process assuring professional results.
